Our Focus
Behavior Talent Partners was founded on a straightforward idea: good recruiting starts with listening. ABA providers have specific hiring needs, and RBT and BCBA candidates have their own goals, preferences, and circumstances. When both sides are understood, connections are more likely to work.
We focus exclusively on direct-hire searches for RBT and BCBA roles in Illinois. Our role is to source candidates, conduct initial job-related screening, and make introductions — while leaving all hiring decisions, credentialing, onboarding, and clinical supervision entirely in the hands of the provider.

Hi, I'm Pinky, founder of Behavior Talent Partners.
My experience working with children in ABA has shown me how much the right team matters. I'm building this recruiting service to help ABA providers connect with RBT and BCBA candidates whose skills, availability, and goals fit their openings.
I take time to learn what a provider needs and what a candidate is looking for before making an introduction. My goal is to make the hiring process more personal and straightforward for both sides.
